RADON SERVICE

Your radon levels and radon mitigation system should be tested and inspected every 1-2 years. We offer a Radon Service program where a Certified Radon Tester will come out and retest your radon levels every 2 years and a Certified Radon Mitigator will come and inspect the sealant around the suction pit, the house & electrical penetrations, PVC joints, clean and inspect the fan, critter screen and pressure test the system. We will also reseal any joints or penetrations, clean and replace the oil in the manometer and fix any system deficiencies we find at no extra charge. RADON SYSTEM ACCESSORIES

Air Flow Alarm

The battery-powered airflow alarm monitors radon system operation. This way you don’t have to constantly monitor your Manometer. It mounts directly onto the system pipe to alert users of a low air flow condition. An audible buzzer alternates with bright flashing red LED light when there is no airflow in the pipe. A yellow LED light indicates a low battery.

Radon Gas Detector
The Pro 3 Series Radon Gas Detector is an essential component of any radon system installed in a home where the homeowner wishes to monitor post-mitigation radon levels. The unit has a numeric LED indicator capable of measuring .1-999.9 pCi/L, self-test of electronics and sensor and has an ionization sensor with audible alarm. It is designed for homeowner use and displays hourly updates. Short-term and long-term radon level averages displayed after 48 hours and has hourly beeps if long-term radon levels are 4 pCi/L or higher.

Corentium Digital Radon Monitor
The Corentium is a handheld digital radon monitor ideal for use by professionals as a radon diagnostic aid and by homeowners to obtain average radon levels. It is not intended to take the place of certified radon testing methods used by professionals.
